7. Address and Responsibility for Delivery

Users must ensure that they fill in accurate delivery information. This website is not responsible for delivery failures due to the following reasons:

Incorrect or incomplete address; Invalid contact number; No one to sign for the package or refusal to accept the package; User's request to change the address, resulting in delivery delays or additional costs. If the package is returned, the cost of reshipping will be borne by the user.

9. Transportation Damage and Claims

If you receive goods damaged during transportation, please contact customer service within 48 hours of signing for the package and provide order information and photos of the damage. We will assist in handling reshipment or logistics claims.

10. Risk Transfer Statement

Once the logistics company confirms that the order has been delivered, the risk of loss transfers to the user. This website is not liable for losses caused by unattended delivery, theft, or improper storage.
